Vertical Leaf Senecio is a beautiful succulent with fleshy blue-green leaves with purple margins. Also known as the Senecio Crassissimus, this unique plant can change direction and never have a flat surface that faces the sun, which helps prevent the loss of moisture in hot environments. Vertical Leaf Senecio is endemic to Madagascar and thrives in the sweltering heat.

Vertical Leaf Senecio Purple Succulent is perfect for anyone looking for an easy to care for succulent. It's drought tolerant and will thrive in dry conditions, but make sure to drainage is adequate or you'll end up with a soggy plant!

Watering

Water every 7 - 10 days when soil is dry. Let soil dry out completely between watering. 

Light

High indirect sunlight or 6 - 8 under grow lights.

Temperature

60°F - 70°F 

Soil Mix

Peat Moss, Perlite, Orchid Bark

Humidity

Keep humidity low to medium at 50 - 65%

Fertilizer

Every 8 weeks in summer.
