    The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one ... the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of. They responded within 24 hours. They seemed genuinely concerned, investigated the problem, and sent me a new tracking number. The package actually arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date.
