Care & Use

Stainless steel performs best when it is properly preheated and used with enough oil, water, or cooking liquid. For boiling, simmering, soups, broths, and pasta, add liquid before heating and stir as needed. For stuck-on food or discoloration, clean with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Stainless steel cleaner can help restore the polished finish.

The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one ... the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of. To my surprize though, today I received a whole new replacement order, not just the broken part (the bulb)! And it was super quick too! Thanx so much, Sage & Sill 🤍
