The Luxury Vinyl Plank Safe Rug Pad is engineered specifically for vinyl plank and tile flooring, constructed of felt and an EVA non-slip backing. This pad is designed without rubber and latex, and does not contain harmful plasticizers, such as phthalates, that can react with certain floor finishes. Its closed cell backing provides a moisture barrier, stopping spills and pet accidents alike from seeping through to your floor.

The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one ... the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item.
