      The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one ... the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of. To my surprize though, today I received a whole new replacement order, not just the broken part (the bulb)! And it was super quick too! Thanx so much, Sage & Sill 🤍

      Ordered a gift for someone. Product was exactly as pictured! She loved it. At first I had a bit of trouble with the tracking number not updating. I reached out to customer service. They responded within 24 hours. They seemed genuinely concerned, investigated the problem, and sent me a new tracking number. The package actually arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date. Based on my first experience with this company, I would definitely order again from them.
