The product is tall and entirely made of 18-10 stainless steel (the best stainless steel) and supplied with a tempered glass lid with a stainless steel rim and a cooking insert, and is ideal to successfully cook this delicate vegetable.

The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one ... the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of.
