It’s recommended to fill square pillow covers with inserts 2 inches larger than the cover, and to use same-size inserts for lumbars to ensure a full, elevated look. Our inserts are hypoallergenic, made in the USA, machine washable, and designed to maintain their shape while offering lasting support.                 The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one ... the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of.
