Reclaimed Elm Beam Console Table
The Reclaimed Elm Beam Console Table is built from old elm timber, shaped into a long, heavy top that reads like a single beam. At 79 inches long and only 15 inches deep, it brings real weight to an entryway, a hallway or the wall behind a sofa without crowding the room.
The wood keeps the marks of its earlier life. Expect knots, open grain, small surface cracks and softened edges, along with natural shifts in tone across the top. No two tables are the same, and those differences are part of the piece.
Keep the styling simple. A pair of lamps, a stack of books or one large vessel is enough to let the elm carry the look.
Care: Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe spills with a slightly damp cloth and dry right away. Use coasters and trivets, and avoid harsh cleaners and long hours of direct sun.
