USE + CARE
Stainless steel is dishwasher safe but is recommended to be maintained with hand washing methods.
Lemon detergent is not recommended as this may cause corrosion.
The ideal method for washing flatware is by hand for prolonged care and to avoid damage.
For best results do not leave flatware soaking in water, soup, etc. for long periods of time.
Use soft cloth and mild detergent to clean and dry thoroughly before storing.

I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item.
