Add a Flat French style carbon steel lid to your order! Our carbon steel lids are cut to match the shape of your skillet with a small overhang to account for hand forged variability. We forge a smaller version of our skillet handle that matches the style of the skillet, and attach it with two steel rivets. It is perfect for creating a convection within your skillet. ***Lids are made to order and can add up to 5 days to regular processing time.
