Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We accept mobile wallets like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. We also offer buy-now, pay-later financing through Shop Pay Installments on some items.

When will I be charged for my order?

All orders placed via our website are charged at the point of sale.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! We begin processing orders almost immediately after receiving them, so send us a message as soon as possible below, and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your order can be canceled or modified once it's been placed. Should the item(s) not work out, you can return it for a refund once it arrives.

Is my payment information secure?

All orders are processed with comprehensive security via the Shopify Payments platform. Sage & Sill ensures your security through advanced fraud analysis, SSL encryption, 3D Secure checkout, and PCI DSS compliance.

Is my personal information secure?

We respect your privacy and handle your personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with our privacy policy and terms of service.

Shipping & Tracking

Do you ship to me?

Some of our suppliers ship only within the contiguous United States, while others ship nationally or even internationally. Based on your shipping address, we’ll let you know at checkout what your exact delivery options are.

When will my order ship?

We can’t wait for you to get your order!

We do our best to process most orders within just 1-2 business days, but some items may take a little longer. We strive to process all orders within 7 business days. During busier seasons, we might need a little more time, so we appreciate your patience!

For any customized or made-to-order items, we generally specify the wait time on the product page.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

To keep our prices fair and ensure your order makes it home to you as soon as possible, we ship from many of our American and Canadian suppliers directly to your address.

Because of this, shipping cost and time can vary by item, and multiple items may ship from different parts of the country. Items dispatched directly from Sage & Sill will always ship for free from Spokane, Washington.

We'll let you know at checkout what shipping options are available for your address.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use all major carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Will I be charged import duties and taxes?

Depending on your shipping address, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sage & Sill is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To submit a return request:

Click the profile icon in the top menu, or go here, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note.
  5. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you'll receive a refund.

How do I start an exchange?

What if my order was lost, stolen, or damaged?

We partner with Corso to provide Shipping Protection to our customers. If you purchased Shipping Protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, here’s how you request a reorder:

  1. Shipping Protection reorders are made easy here.
  2. You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with.
  3. Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.
  4. This information is sent to Corso, and they may reach out to you with any questions, but they usually have a resolution within 24 hours.

You can also chat with them online or email them at support@corso.com. Have your order number ready. If you purchased Shipping Protection, please contact Corso with any questions you have regarding shipping issues.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

To keep our prices fair, we do not have any physical stores or showrooms. We are an e-commerce company dedicated to carrying an incredible assortment of unique home furnishings. We couldn't fit all our amazing finds in a physical store even if we wanted to!
